Jackie takes a personal approach to her practice. She wants to understand her clients’ business goals and takes steps to help them achieve these goals. Jackie is a pragmatic problem-solver who partners with her clients to arrive at the best resolution of a current legal or business issue, or to pre-emptively solve a future issue. She is responsive and available to her clients at all times.

Jackie has extensive experience in real estate development, finance and commercial leasing on a local and national level. She represents some of the largest commercial real estate lenders in Wisconsin on complicated financing transactions. Jackie also represents Milwaukee-based, urban developers in non-traditional transactions involving tax credits, incentive programs and community involvement which combine her skills in the areas of development, finance and leasing.

Prior to joining Mallery & Zimmerman, Jackie was in-house counsel at Continental Properties Company, Inc. a Milwaukee-based real estate development company and an associate in the real estate group at DLA Piper in Chicago, Illinois.
