John M. Wirth

Milwaukee

John’s practice emphasizes business receivership, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights law; commercial and condominium real estate lending and development; and general business representation. John has been appointed by courts throughout Wisconsin to operate and ultimately sell or liquidate troubled businesses. During challenging economic times, most of John’s practice is devoted to receivership and Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. In better times, however, he spends a significant portion of his time representing real estate owners and developers and a wide variety of small and mid-sized businesses.
