Jonathan E. Sacks


Jon concentrates his practice on civil litigation related to commercial disputes, municipal law, employment and labor matters, and school law issues.  Jon’s practice frequently involves representing businesses, municipalities, school districts and higher education institutions in all litigation matters and counseling them to avoid litigation.

Prior to joining Mallery & Zimmerman, Jon practiced in the greater Philadelphia area and represented clients in commercial and civil litigation and served as a judicial clerk for a civil trial judge in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
