Ronald S. Stadler

Ron has more than 25 years of experience in litigating labor and employment matters, school law matters and commercial disputes.

Ron has extensive experience in complex litigation, ranging from breach of contract claims, foreclosures, construction disputes and zoning issues, to class action suits. Ron also has substantial experience in all areas of labor and employment law. This includes collective bargaining, union contract administration, grievance and interest arbitration, wage and hour issues, unemployment compensation, workers’ compensation, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, discrimination issues, hiring and firing issues, plant closing issues and health insurance matters. Ron’s school law practice also entails assisting school districts and higher education institutions with every aspect of education law, including special education and constitutional issues.

Ron practices law to help his clients solve problems. The litigious nature of society today, along with increasingly-complicated laws, has resulted in businesses and governmental bodies that often times cannot run their day-to-day operations without the fear of violating a law or being sued. Many times these entities do get sued, despite their best efforts. Ron takes great pride in being able to help clients avoid suits, and avoid liability when they have been sued.
